Canada is the most straightforward of the major destinations if your longer-term plan includes permanent residence. The Post-Graduation Work Permit runs up to three years, and that Canadian work experience counts directly towards Express Entry.
Rules on study permits and designated institutions have tightened, so the choice of college or university matters more than it used to. We only place students at institutions whose graduates remain eligible for the work permit.
Why students choose it
- Post-graduation work permit of up to three years
- Canadian work experience counts towards Express Entry
- Lower tuition than the US or UK at comparable institutions
- Three intakes a year, so a deferral costs you months, not a year
