Pre-Departure & Arrival
Air ticket, forex, accommodation, airport pickup and a briefing that covers the things nobody tells you until you are already there.
The visa is not the finish line. Students who arrive without accommodation confirmed, or who did not know they had to register with the university within a week, spend their first month firefighting instead of studying.
We run a briefing before you fly and stay reachable after you land.
What's included
- Student air fares and travel insurance
- Forex endorsement and the blocked account where required
- Accommodation search and booking
- Airport pickup coordination
- A pre-departure briefing covering banking, SIM, registration and health cover
